Judicial Academy and Training Institute :-

• To provide training to judicial officers in the State of Maharashtra.

• To facilitate the training of-

• Para-Judicial / Quasi Judicial Officers.

• Police Officers, Public Prosecutors, Government Advocates, Medical Officers, and Ministerial Officers working in the Courts.

• To foster collaboration and respect among professions and disciplines.

• To undertake, recognize and facilitate study courses, conferences, workshops, seminars relating to court management and administration of justice.

• To conduct training programs for judicial officers and court administrators in case-flow management and court technology.

• To publish appropriate materials of legal research studies and reports.

• To collaborate with national and international institutions or organizations, in order to provide training in legal skills, legal research and to identify the best practices.

Indian Mediation Centre :-

• To bring a transformative approach in mediation in the international as well as domestic legal fields to resolve commercial, service and family disputes.

• To conduct training on mediation in context of Civil Procedure Code and Criminal Procedure Code.
• To train the mediator in the basic components of mediation :

• Establishing parameters

• Determining the interests
•  Identifying the problem 
• Solving the identified problem

• To train mediators to empower persons to resolve their conflicts and make decisions.

• To conduct training in conflict management, problem solving strategies, and models of negotiation.

• To prepare mediators for practice in various specialized areas like family mediation, industrial mediation and work place mediation.

• To organize seminars to achieve learning objectives.

• To conduct training in communication skills, mediator intervention and negotiation skills.
