MR. R.J. Kochar

Justice Rajan Jodhraj Kochar, B.Com., LL.M. : Was born on October 21, 1941. He was enrolled as an Advocate on August 22, 1969 and practised before the Small Causes, City Civil and Labour-Industrial Courts and the High Court in Civil, Constitutional, Labour and Service matters and specialised in Industrial Law. Worked as Counsel for the State of Maharashtra on its 'A' Panel in the Bombay High Court on its Appellate Side and Original Side. He was appointed as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on December 5, 1997 and permanent Judge on June 7, 1999. Retired on October 21, 2003.
