JUSTICE SURESH CHANDRAKANT GUPTE M.A., LL.B.
Born on 30th June 1959. Completed school education from Chembur High School and graduated from Ruia College, Mumbai in 1978. Completed LL.B. from New Law College, Mumbai in 1981. Enrolled as an advocate on the rolls of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa on 23rd September 1981. Practised on both Original and Appellate Sides in the Bombay High Court in Civil, Constitutional, Company, Indirect Taxation and Arbitration matters. Also appeared in the Supreme Court, various High Courts, Tribunals, District Courts etc.
