Born on 11th September, 1970 at Nagpur. Graduated from Hindu College, University of Delhi and completed LL.B. from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Thereupon, enrolled as an Advocate in 1995 and joined the Chamber of Mr. S.G. Aney, Senior Advocate, at Nagpur. Thereafter, shifted to New Delhi and joined the Chamber of Mr. A.K. Sanghi, Senior Advocate at Supreme Court, New Delhi and worked with him till 2001. Started independent practice in the Supreme Court of India in 2001. Appeared in number of petitions and appeals pertaining to the field of Constitutional Law, Arbitration Law, Commercial Matters, Civil and Criminal Cases. Was the "A" Panel counsel for the State of Maharashtra before the Supreme Court of India. Appeared in important Civil and Criminal cases for the State of Maharashtra. Elevated as an Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on 5th June, 2017. Took oath as permanent Judge of the Bombay High Court on 12th April, 2019.
