Mr. Milind Narendra Jadhav, was born in Mumbai on 14th August, 1969. He studied at St. Teresa's High School, Charni Road, Mumbai, and graduated in Life Science and Bio-Chemistry from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, in 1990. He completed his advanced Diploma in Computer Software, Systems Analysis and Applications from Apple Industries Limited, in 1991. He completed his post-graduate Diploma in Personal Management and Industrial Relations from Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communication and Management, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Mumbai, in 1992-93. He completed his LL.B. from Government Law College, Mumbai, in 1995-96 and LL.M. from Mumbai University in 1997-98. He worked as Senior Clerk in Western Railway (Central Government Service) from 22.02.1990 to 13.01.1997 in the Establishment/Administration department.

He completed his internship as Advocate from 14.01.1997 to 13.01.1998 under Mr. P.Y. Kulkarni, Advocate in the Small Causes Court, Mumbai. He was enrolled at the Bar on 10.02.1998.

In July 1998, he joined the chambers of Mr. Atul Motilal Setalvad, Senior Advocate as Junior Counsel and was attached to Mr. Chandrashekar Manohar Korde, Senior Advocate, as his Junior at Mumbai.

In 1998, he was conferred the Firdaus H.J. Taleyarkhan Memorial Gold Medal, the late Dr. T.K. Tope Prize and the Shri G.N. Joshi Prize by Mumbai University for securing the highest marks in Group(V)-Constitutional and Administrative Law at the LL.M. Examination.

He started his practice as Junior Counsel on the Original Side of the Bombay High Court in the year 1998. He practiced on the Original Side as well as the Appellate Side of the Bombay High Court mostly in matters relating to Constitutional Law, Land Acquisition Reference Proceedings, cases under Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 & Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 and Commercial Laws. He also appeared regularly in the Maharashtra Land Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai, Mumbai City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai, the Special Court at Mumbai and in quasi-judicial proceedings before Revenue Authorities.

From 1998 to 2000, he was a part-time lecturer in Land Laws, Environmental Laws and Civil Procedure Code in Siddharth Law College, at Mumbai.

He was a Standing Counsel for the Custodian in the Special Court (Trial of Offences Relating to Transactions in Securities) Act, 1992 at Mumbai, from the year 2000 onwards.

Elevated as Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on 23.08.2019. Confirmed as Judge of the Bombay High Court on 01.06.2021.
